Tommy the cat. He was a barn cat at our last residence and is now a keyboard cat at our new residence.

One looks very Abyssinian and the other has a gorgeous silver grey coat.

They're both Abyssinians. One ruddy and one grey (although the greys are not officially accepted by the grand poobah of cat associations).One looks very Abyssinian and the other has a gorgeous silver grey coat.

Thank you all for the cat fix. My Beloved is tragically (to me) allergic to cats. Being catless, we have a dog. Often I say to sweet dog, "A cat would never do that."

This is Half-pint. She was a kitten roaming the neighborhood in Japan until we adopted her. Came over in a carry on bag stowed in the seat in front. She likes watching bird videos (google mewvie, the motion picture for your cat]. She watches Episode 2: Birdland Bonanza and sits mesmerized watching the feathery wing flapping very intently, when she's not pawing the screen trying to play.

I have a calico assistant, too. Her name is Cleo.Here's my assistant. If she has a fault it's that she's so easily diverted. That and the fact that she doesn't really assist.
