eBay seller Pisuke2005 - very good experience buying direct from Japan.

I recently bought a Pilot Custom Heritage 92, having had my eye on this model for a while, and receiving lots of favourable opinions here on FPG (thanks chaps).

I bought mine from an eBay seller based in Japan, Pisuke2005, and I'm happy to say from start to finish it was a pleasant experience:

Yoshiaki took only 1 day to answer my questions before purchase.

Two days after I paid for the pen, he PM'd a thank you message, also letting me know he would post the Pilot the next day, with tags removed as requested. I thought this a really nice touch.

The next day, he filled in the eBay tracking number, personally messaged me to say so, and provided the correct link to Japanpost to track it with.

When the pen arrived, the price tags had indeed been removed before shipping as requested. Not a deal breaker if he didn't, but I liked the fact that he took the time to accommodate me on this.

Packaging was excellent, there was no chance of transit damage.

I cannot remember the last time an eBay seller was this proactive in making an overseas purchase so easy, so I have to say, if you're looking for a Japanese import, do consider Pisuke2005, I've no hesitation in saying "top bloke".
