Questions - would you be able to fit more in each if you ran the dents the other way?
Did you just cut foam to fit there?

Unfortunately, the box is too narrow to allow me to turn the pens the other way. When I bought the boxes, my plan was to turn the pens the other way, but the width just doesn't work out. As far as the foam goes, I bought sheets of 1" acoustic wedge foam and cut them to size for the bottom, and a piece of .5" foam just sits on top to keep the pens from bouncing into the lid. The seller that I got the boxes from has some bigger boxes, so version 2 will probably be on the way soon!
