    Is this review done from a bottle of the "new and improved" formula or from the original sludgy batch?


    How much I like this ink:

    I only own one bottle of ink so far. It's this one. Everything else is still samples.

    I'm not 100% certain but I think the new batch, which I believe is technically the 3rd batch where they have added the gold back. If anyone knows for sure how I can tell the difference please let me know.

    Looks like my first batch bottle with lots of sheen. If they have added the sheen back I might buy another. I adore this ink, but when they took the gold out that removed what I loved about it.

    It does stain the feed, but it stains it GOLD which is pretty cool. I'm sure with some work the feed will come clean. I just dedicated an old flex pen to it because it is so much fun with line variation.

    1670 is a phenomenal ink. It has some wonderful properties...
