Default no, today is not the 29th...

unless your wrist watch has a perpetual calendar, or is a digital date, you may need to flip it forward to show the 1st of March.

Gotta love the new perpetual calendar watches!

However, today, thanks for the reminder to reset the Orange Monster!

    glad to help.

when i remember, on less than 31 day months, i change the date to 31 on the 30th (or 28th (or 29th)), for automatic flips to the 1st the next day.

It's so comforting to be controlled by time.

I have a perpetual calendar watch and it's also an ECO drive, meaning that it is solar powered and there's a capacitor inside. It even adjusts for daylight savings time. The only thing it doesn't have is a transceiver to sync with atomic time. The rest of my watches are mechanical and they keep horrible time compared to that watch.

sounds like you have a citizen too. mine has an hour hand adjustment for the twice a year dst changes - pull the crown out one click, adjust the hour hand only without stopping the movement.

Yes, it is my only quartz watch. It holds special meaning to me even though I don't wear it that much anymore. I even spent almost $200 to send it to the Citizen factory authorized service centre to have it repaired. The watch probably doesn't even cost that much.
