Default Hello & my first questions

HI, I got a fountain pen in November and am hooked. I had one many years ago but just was not up to the maintenance, now I really like that part as well a using them. I recently got a 1970's Pilot med nib, new/old stock. Black barrel, gold color cap. Pilot Super Quality Japan on nib. Is there a converter that I can get that would work on this? Post the cartridge goes on looks bigger/wider than what I am used to.
I have enjoyed perusing this web site and everyone's input is fantastic, I am learning a lot.
    Thanks, Sandy

    Hi Sandy,

Sorry, I don't have the info or experience with your pen to answer your question, but - hey! - it's FPG, someone will!. Welcome to the Fountain Pen Geeks forums! Smaller than the largest pen fora, larger than some, you'll find a comfortable community of pen-centric people here, with a growing body of posts, reviews, and group knowledge. Mostly, you'll find people who are enthusiastic about fountain pens, and fountain pen people.

Welcome! If you could post a pic of the pen, I'm sure someone can tell you the model and the appropriate converter.

Welcome Sandy. I have emailed Goulet when shopping for converters and they always sell me the correct one.
