MB Racing Green looks nice in your pen. The color shift in these brownish translucent pens is quite marvelous to behold. Our own @jde's latest Edison reminds me of this.

Ah, yes, the Hurlaude in tortoise lucite! She has such a way of crafting stories about her pens, eh? I enjoy reading them. Jde always makes it feel as if the pen was destined for her and is an old friend returning home.

Now the problem is....I want another one. I hoping to order another edison pen at the holidays.
A simple and brilliant idea! This way i could have one with clip and the other without. Yay!

If you don't mind me asking, how much extra is a cap?

$100. Originally I had a lot mixed feeling about buying the extra cap, but now that I have the pen....no regrets. It writes so beautifully I use it all the time. It's a bit of fun switching the caps for a different look. Now that's a great idea....no clip cap with a clip cap. Sweet. See how this making a pen with Brian is a slippery slope into the fountain black hole?

Woody, those production pens are a great value, aren't they! The same care and attention goes into the Production line as his Signature pens, and the options have really expanded lately. Which is your favorite so far?

This my Edison family in its entirety. Bordeaux flake Beaumont. Like it very much.

That is a beautiful pen. The barrel looks like the color would shift in changing light, and that nib looks like it's the perfect size for writing those equations. Do you have a favorite ink for it?

No favourite ink just yet. This is Kiowa Pecan.

The Kiowa Pecan suits the nib and your equations well. Enjoy!

I have a smaller hand Tiffany so I lean toward a Beaumont. But I think I'll give the Collier a try. It's the biggest in grip diameter but the colors are terrific. Having said that the Pearlette makes a great little eye dropper. Great pens.

I am seriously contemplating getting the Edison Nouveau for spring "Cherry Blossom." It would be my first Edison.

It would look perfect in an easter basket with a bottle of Kosumosu!

That cherry blossom color is outstanding. I almost bought it. That pen should go in the girly pen thread. Post pics vertolive.

Yes, please post pics. After it arrives, too! Their winter offering didn't do anything for me, but I may have to pull the trigger on this one.

Despite my recent penchant for xf nibs, I see this one as a stub with a shading ink.

I don't dislike it, but I'm not upset that I didn't wait for it and ordered the Beaumont instead.

I got the 1.1 stub nib.

Um, it's for my husband's birthday coming up. Maybe he won't like it and I'll have to take over for him...?

So is he also the one who needs the pink ink suggestions?
