    I've used Southworth's Business Papers (from Staples) and also an assortment of vintage papers I accumulate. I'm a total PaperGeek for older, watermarked paper.

    I would avoid Jam Paper Air Mail pads if you are planning to use fountain pens. They were recommended to me as a good onion skin paper, which they resemble, but it was like writing on a tissue when I tried to use my fountain pens. Even my Pilot Custom 74 EF nib feathered like crazy.
