Does anyone know if these Esterbrook desk set pen sections will work in the J Series pens?

Yes, but in SJ/LJ pens from my own experience!
(J sections too wide)

Not that I can think of, but more than happy to admit error!
(I usually avoid the desk pens- BTW. Just my own preference!)
