Photo was shot with an Olympus E-P3 (micro-4/3 mirrorless camera), with a Tamron SP 90mm f/2.8 1:1 (lifesize macro) mounted onto an Adaptall-to-PentaxK adapter, then from Pentax-K to Micro-4/3 Tilt adapter (up to 8 degree tilt in any direction). Shot at 1/200th and f/11 at ISO 200. One strobe directly above the pens at 1/8th power and a 32" softbox umbrella, and one off to the left at 1/2th power with the same 32" softbox, and two cardboard boxes (white) behind and to the right side of the pens for additional bounce and shadow fill. The lights are Photogenic Powerlight 750.

A shot I did earlier with tilting the lens on the same setup (slightly different power ratio on the strobes, and I believe 1/200 @ f/8 [EXIF can't remember settings from manual focus, non-electronic lens, but I usually shoot at f/8 under the strobes when shooting small objects]).
