!!!NEED HELP IDENTIFYING INFORMATION ABOUT A WATERMAN PEN!!!

I've got this waterman made fountain pen (identified as waterman by internet sources) and due to the extremely limited information on it, am left dumbfounded. It's called the "Microscultura" as engraved around the metal ring on the grip section. Pretty sure it has absolutely nothing to do with Waterman. IIRC they were made by Campo Marzio Roma.

Very nice pen. A doctors pen no doubt, judging by the clip. Definitely not a Waterman.
