    Default New from Nashville, Indiana

    Just saying Hi from Nashville, IN. I'm pretty new to pens but have always liked them. It all started at a garage sale when I bought a black pen in a nice box for next to nothing. Got it home, took the cap off only to discover that it was a fountain pen of all things!! What a surprise!! It's a Sheaffer Targa, writes like a dream and it didn't take long for it to be in good company with a couple of nice old German pens from the 1930's and more. Now I'm venturing into a little bit of sac replacement and am just having fun with them. The pens have led to better handwriting and writing in general. All good. Thanks to Lex for sending me here from FPN. Hope to learn a whole lot more from experts on this forum and contribute from time to time if I can help. Happy to be here!

    Thanks for all of the big hellos and welcomes!! I'm really glad to be here too!!! Looks like such a wonderful forum with lots of great folks. It really is an indulgence and a lot of fun too!! I'll see if I can take a few pen photos soon. The more I use flex nibs the more I'm hooked by them! They're really a delight!!
