Calligraphy Video
I get requests now and then to do a video tutorial of my calligraphy. I don't find it all that good, but it's hard to answer questions with written text when the question is "How fast do you move your hands?" or "How to you draw that bird". I plan on doing more videos in the future. Hopefully with a better camera. I find SBRE Brown's videos absolutely invaluable and hope to contribute a small amount to the hobby.

thought so. I like your IWC and your GMTIIc. I have the Seamaster too, but a different model.
by the way, may I have permission to try and draw one of your birds? My 8 yo daughter saw this video and fell in love with your birds and has been asking me to draw one for her.

That's why I made the videos. They are super easy to draw compared to the master flourishers versions. If everyone drew them all the time think how awesome paperwork everywhere would look.

Loved the videos. Thank you for posting them. The varying pen speed fascinates me. Is this the "key" to making these birds look so graceful? I'm going to give it a try.
