How about just inside the doorz to big Fairfax Ballroom? It is a little more space from the tables and then shopping can commence. The Andersons are in that ballroom.

The lobby has nice spots to meet (couches and such.) if there is a large group of folks it may get clog-o-licious in the main room. The Bar has beer also. Just sayin.
