Default Why Didn't You Warn Me?

I never knew fountain pens could be this addictive. I have had one or two fountain pens around for quite a while but I never seemed to get passed the blue fingers, ink cartridges and pens wouldn't start when you were ready to write. Then I found FP Geeks, FPN and a great deal of other wonderful sites and started to learn, as they say, "the rest of the story." The addiction began with a Pelikan M200 and hasn't stopped since. Everything from Noodlers to Esterbrooks and a Pilot Vanishing Point. I'm having a blast!

My thanks go out to this community of fellow addicts for the information that has placed on this and other forums. It has been put to good use!

Well it wouldn't have been as much fun enabling you if you knew about it in advance.

I'd say join the dark side for the cookies, but apparently, you've already had quite a few. :P Welcome to the nut house!

    Welcome aboard from another newbie!
There's a good bunch of people here, I've found, and they are pretty welcoming as well.

Welcome. You know, up until 2009 I had owned in 29 years three fountain pens. A parker which I used at school, A waterman from the early eighties until 2001 then a Mont Blanc Chopin. Then I joined FPN! Now look at my signature for the current state of play and you will see not only did I go over to the dark side I also became quite mad! Welcome to the nuthouse, the walls are made of blotting paper for a reason you know
Mont Blanc Alfred Hitchcock,Mont Blanc 149, Montegrappa Historia, Parker Duofold senior special (1927 vintage), Sheaffer imperial 777,Parker 51 special,Stipula Tuscan dreams piston, Stipula Tuscan dreams Ti flex nib,1944 Vac 51.
