Of course it depends upon the make you are looking for, but there's Vintage Waterman Pens as a starting point.

I've not bought anything from them, but Five Star Pens seems to have a lot in the way of unmarried nibs.
Given to daily lunatic raving, but also capable of more prolonged pen-centricity.
