The watch obsession is pretty strong too, so I'll have to see if I can handle two hobbies. :-)

While there is a regular Long Island pen club, I don't see why we couldn't call a Pen Posse... maybe if we're willing to go North Shore and Nassau/Suffolk line we could even get the Sailor to attend...

There is an amazing Coffee shop in Valley Stream called Sip This and I know they wouldn't mind if we met up here. I can speak to the owner so they can reserve a table for us. That is if anyone is interested.

A Pen Posse meetup sounds awesome - when do you think is a good idea?

Even in the time I've known it, PJ has changed...

Do you have a suggestion for a PJ PP location? I don't mind driving that far.

Hmmmm...I'd like to come up with someplace that has good hours AND good parking..The PJ library would have the space but zero parking and might frown on our pen squee. The Setauket library has downstairs rooms but I'd have to ask if they can be used.

Most restaurants, while they have good parking and hours, seem far too noisy to host a posse. I know there's a place or two, just can't dredge one up at the moment since I am recovering from a horrible ink-ccident involving my last half-vial of BSIAR.
