I probably should have provided more info as part of the introduction, but I was trying to be quick since I was in the office.

Let's see - originally from S. Texas (bred, born and raised), now living and working In Yokosuka, Japan.

My fountain pen addiction started early (in the late 80s/early 90s) while I was in high school. Back then, barely any internet so it was hard to find like-minded people who share my obsession. Needless to say, I put my addiciton on the back burner until about a year ago when I started it back up and I have embraced it with reckless abandon. It's a lot easier and more fun to appreciate fountain pens when you have some disposable income!
