Maybe it's a Parker Duofold with some washable Quink...

Isn't that an anachronism?

I agree with those above, the cap/clip are incorrect (at a minimum)
the cap looks like it has no band/lip at the bottom which would make it a later Aerometric cap
the clip is silver in colour. Per the Shepherd "51" book, it appears only two types of cap had a blue diamond AND a silver coloured clip: raised wedding band and Jeweler's band (i've seen it called stacked coin cap) (see page 90 of the book)
And the non blue diamond clip was only introduced in 1947. This having apparently happened DURING the war means that at that time all clips would have had a blue diamond.
so yeah, nah, historical accuracy was clearly not important, at least not to the prop department. :P
I guess there were no Pelikan's available in Hollywood :P

The Fassbinder movies like the Marriage of Maria Braun were fairly accurate as far as pens go. Also, Malick’s Days of Heaven.
From the 2018 version of "Tomb Raider" with Alicia Vikander, a fountain pen is used to sign some documents. It looks like a Montegrappa...

Maybe the Parker 51 was taken off a dead Allied soldier, in the way that Allied soldiers looked for good Swiss watches on dead German soldiers. Eisenhower, Monty and Patton all owned an used a Parker 51 during some part of WWII.

From the rather convoluted 1970 spy movie "The Kremlin Letter", Patrick O'Neal writes with what looks like a Parker 51 desk pen. In the movie the pen is originally stuck in an ill fitting red socket you can see by his right arm. As this scene takes place in Moscow maybe we should believe this a Soyuz pen?

Yves Montand used MB 149 in "La menace" and Waterman Gentleman 44 (a golden pen with "Super 6 nib") in "I... comme Icare".
Will upload some screenshots later
