    Default Fountain Pens in Games

Forgive me for bending the rules as this is from a computer game not a movie. I hope that's ok. Was playing World of Warcraft today and remembered there is an Ink Seller! I would definitely ink up "Lion's Ink".

In Watchmen, a trillionaire offers a fountain pen to sign a contract. Sheaffer VFM?

Could be. I thought it was a Metro first. But then I thought the centre band looks too narrow and the step down is a bit small. Maybe I'm overthinking it.

I agree, the step down doesn't look quite right. Otherwise, it's got all the hallmarks of a Metro.

Looks very much like a Sheaffer VFM to me

Note the silver ring near the nib: in the penultimate photo of Catbert, you can see a shiny ring under the thumb of the character

Yup, that hint of a trim ring on the section (you have to zoom in to see it) was the clincher for me.
