Seems to be a desk set on Mr. Barrymore's desk in "It's a Wonderful Life." Actually that really an ink pot pen; I believe that's what that china pot is for that the pens are behind.

Spotted on Henry Blake's desk near the start of this ingenious MASH/Covid-19 compilation, highlighted in the other place.

Sean Connery as Henry Jones uses a lever-filler to squirt ink in a German soldier's eye in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

Clip appears @ 1:31 in this video essay. **Warning** major spoilers for Gone Girl from around 2:37 onwards:

    In Counterpart, a 1970s Pelikano P460/Model 4 appears in a late 1990s or early 2000s school scene.

    Counterpart Pelikano.png

The sprung clip lends a touch of authenticity — clearly the pen has seen some use.

It does, doesn't it? I think the section is less tapered, though.

You can see the pen in action starting around 4:53 here:

Absolutely. You beat me to it, i was about to comment this.
SOME Osmiroid nibs also fit in esterbrook pens http://hans.presto.tripod.com/nibs/osmiroid01.html
the pen in the video appears to be one of the older style nibs. The one quoted in this post is the later kind where the nib and the section appear to be one part.

CBS Sunday Morning segment about coronavirus dreams and nightmares featuring artist Sandra Haynes and a variety of green fountain pens.

Pilot Metropolitan, Lamy Safari and (in hand) maybe a Noodler's Nib Creaper.

In The Pale Horse (BBC, 2020), set in the UK in 1961, someone writes 'Easterbrook', though not (judging by the double trim rings just visible between finger and thumb in the first photo) with an Esterbrook.

    PaleEasterbrook1.png

    PaleEasterbrook2.png

Later, a more benign list and perhaps an English Parker Duofold?

I wonder if those ink stains are permanently embedded in the section. I always thought white pens were a bad idea.

Episode 200, aptly titled “200”, of the "Criminal Minds" series from 2014. This is a shot of what supposedly is Interpol headquarters and a very quaint Esterbrook 8-ball desk set:

Forgive me for bending the rules as this is from a computer game not a movie. I hope that's ok. Was playing World of Warcraft today and remembered there is an Ink Seller! I would definitely ink up "Lion's Ink".
