Vintage Omas or others

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a vintage celluloid fountain pen, preferably an Omas (Paragon, Ogiva, Milord, etc.), a Montblanc (but I would consider any), or even a Pelikan 400 Tortoise with an EF, F, or OM nib. Does anyone have one with which they would be willing to part for under or even up to $200? It does not even have to be exceptionally pretty; it just has to write well with a smooth nib. I am a high school student and want a slightly nicer pen while still being fairly reasonable at this point. If anyone has any such pens, do not hesitate to make an offer! Thanks very much.
