It's in the 22x series...maybe 222

My best guess would also be that it is in the 22X series. However, I have looked this up in "Collectible Stars" and I do not see a listing for a pen with the same details as yours. (Please someone correct me if I am wrong). What I see is a chased silver cap (could be silver or silver plate), Gold clip and cap trim on the top of the cap, and a gold nib. Please let me know if I got any of the details wrong. I did not see a listing for this combination. It is however, a very nice looking pen.
