Did the nib screw out from the older models? Would it take a new nib unit? I would want to have a nib I could write with in it until I got used to the flex

please be more careful with how you word your sales. this pen, as you go on to explain, is not in mint condition, and has some brassing on it...etc. A mint pen can have no damage whatsoever. Sorry if I sound harsh, but without the pictures someone could be mislead here. If you want a good guide to grade your pens, use David Issacson's: http://www.vacumania.com/website/gradingstandards.htm Based on his system, I think your pen would be Fine.

    Best!

Hmmm, to me, usergrade implies it is in a condition it could be used. Missing nib tipping, for me, would mean the pen is almost unusable...

yeah... i don't know about that rating. I'll facebook david about that. but otherwise, i think it is a pretty good system, and it helps to keep things consistent.
