Default Esterbrook eye candy. Celluloid gra/red with 3000 series nib.

I've finally been sorting pens, planning to move most of those not already in the Hamilton cabinet into a new storage system I recently cobbled together. What turned up but that early Celluloid Esterbrook set I'd not been able to find the last six months. A rather uncommon Estie, it is. So... I shot it. Esterbrook eye candy for your consideration. 1930s Celluloid with uncommon 3000-series nib.

Beautiful. Reminds me a lot of a Waterman from that time frame.

Yes indeed. I have a wet noodle Waterman #3 made from that same material.

    I'll pay you a $1.75 for it. $0.25 profit!

Beautiful, and in such terrific shape. Love the nib!

Those are the most stunning Esties I've seen. I had no idea they made marbled celluloid pens. Obviously I've led a very sheltered life!
