Help- In search of a Pencil/Highlighter Combination.

For reading books/marginalia-

I've concocted this combo but it lacks refinement:


I've searched Jetpens and the internet at large and no obvious winner has surfaced.

I understand a multifunction pen with some kind of superfluous ballpoint function may be my best option.

Any recommendations, my dear geeks?
