I am well aware, that it is recommended and stressed upon that vintage pens should solely be used with non-boutique ins (Waterman etc).
I am also aware, that Irongall inks, work very well with such pens, though I'm only have Scabiosa.
I use mostly if not always, a variety of bulletproof or partial bulletproof (Noodler's) or R&K Sketchinks for writing.
I personally won't use certain specialty inks under any condition in such pens, namely Kung Te-Cheng, Whaleman's Sepia or the Baystate family.
My question:
Has anybody used Noodler's bulletproof inks with vintage pens without any adverse effect?
Or are they best used for ex. in eyedropper /piston fillers as opposed to pens that use ink sacs.
Or it is best to use them in cheap Indian flex pens and forget the vintage pens in this regards....
I prefer those who have done so and not the repeat story of the melted ink sack by Mr. Binder
Many thanks...
