Default Sailor Pro Gear Sigma, Rhodium Trim, B Nib

For sale is my Sailor Professional Gear Sigma with a Broad nib. I've had this pen for 3-4 months and it's been well cared for. I recently purchased a Pro Gear King of Pen so it's time for someone else to enjoy this pen.

The Pro Gear Sigma is essentially the same as the Pro Gear II. It's longer than the original Pro Gear; the anchor logo on the cap is in an acrylic dome; and it has the stylized anchor clip. Not everyone loves the new clip but I quite like it - it has more character than the old clip, much more like a Pelikan clip.

The 21k gold, two-tone, broad nib is a joy. It's well-tuned (not dry, not a gusher) with the "dulled-point pencil" feedback characteristic of Sailor nibs. If you're familiar with Sailor nibs then you know what I'm talking about - not scratchy, not draggy, just enough feedback to remind you you're touching nib to paper. The Sailor Broad is equivalent to a western Medium (and perhaps even finer than some), so it's a good size for an all-purpose pen.

With the naked eye I see no apparent scratches or marks on the resin or metal. It was used almost daily, however, so I can't guarantee that there are no micro-scratches or other signs of ordinary use.

The pen comes with a converter and the original box, papers, ink cartridges, etc.

Price includes PayPal fees and shipping within the United States.

    $200 $185 SOLD
