Is this an Omas Paragon or Milord?

Hello

I thought was an Omas Milord.
I then acquired a celluloid Paragon which is exactly the same size, apart from the nib being a two tone vs solid gold on this one.
Capped length of this pen is 14cm

Only markings are on the cap which read Omas Italy. This dates it to around 2001-2004 from what I can tell. My other Paragon has the same markings.

Thank, any input appreciated. I've done a search and read what I could on both forums. Length would indicate a Paragon, but the nib has me questioning as all Milords I see have the solid gold nib.
Do all Paragons have the bi-color nib?
