    As far as the U.S--Brad Torelli also retips and probably does better quality work--he had to substantially shape correct and smooth out Minuskin's retip work (Soennecken 111 M stub) after I received it. He uses a different technique (can't remember his explanation clearly right now) to attach the tipping material which, unlike Minuskin's technique, doesn't result in the flexibility being altered.
