Greetings and Salutations from the Alamo City. My name is Angelo, my kids call me Angelo v3.2, long story short, been dealt with terrible health issues for the last 15 years of so. Stroke, Cancer and recently a battle with COVID-19, yes it is real and it kicked my butt for 2 months. I, have been using fountain pens since I was 8 years old or so. Love not just fountain pens, but also pencils. Ballpoints and roller balls have made their way into my heart also due to the cheap recycled paper purchased at work. I'll be darn if I am going to use my Clairefontaine paper for office correspondence.

I love pens, but my attention now is no longer in collecting and hoarding. I have been blessed with a handwriting, that not to sound conceited, is very nice and have learned the art of using a flexible nib to write Spencerian style as my normal handwriting. Examples to follow. I currently own a Monteverde Giant Sequoia with a flexible steel nib. Now, I am in the hunt for a Waterman with a Warranted #2 nib or a Mabbie Todd Blackbird. I am saving for it since I have, besides the normal home/living expenses, a monthly fee for a French Vintage Oboe for my oldest son, a Vintage Violin for my second born son and a science lab for my baby girl including a Microscope, telescope, all sorts of scales and measuring instruments and a mother of a laptop that at the price should be calling me "my love" and make me coffee in the mornings.

Happy to be here, thanks for allowing me in! Let's have fun!!!
Cheers,
Angelo
