Cat's neither.....
If it were Noodlers Blue Ghost, would the dog disappear?
M: I came here for a good argument.
A: No you didn't; no, you came here for an argument.
M: An argument isn't just contradiction.
A: It can be.
M: No it can't. An argument is a connected series of statements intended to establish a proposition.
A: No it isn't.
M: Yes it is! It's not just contradiction.
A: Look, if I argue with you, I must take up a contrary position.
M: Yes, but that's not just saying 'No it isn't.'
A: Yes it is!
M: No it isn't!
Dog looks better in blue.
A few more colors on her and they'd have had a Diwali dog.
There's no mention of what brand the cartridge was but it says the pooch had to be trimmed again to get rid of some of the ink. An expensive mishap.
I bet she will dispose of her cartridges in a different bin from now on.

Interesting, there are different interpretations on this. No mention is made of a specific cartridge.
Fountain pen people are presuming it was a fountain pen cartridge. I've seen other folks suggest it was a printer ink cartridge. I'm sticking with fountain pen, seems more plausible given what the dog ended up looking like.
Isn't there some fountain pen luminary who used to taste fountain pen inks?
Someone suggested that it is a bluedle.
I have in the past thought it silly when I read about FP ink companies saying that they use food-grade dyes, but if that were my dog I would be grateful for those food grade dyes: 40 pounds at the groomer is much better than 400 at the vet, or worse.
My money is on it being an ink jet printer cartridge.
I saw this on Reddit and had to call it a "Smurfhund". Don't know what ink cartridge could have done that but a couple more would have gotten the rest of the dog. Besides, the dog looks pretty happy being blue and proud of it.
