I am far from being an expert on any brand of pen, but this looks like an Aurora 98 with the 'bark' finish. Prices on eBay range quite a bit depending on precise model.

Aurora pens are made in Italy and that was one of their Special Editions. Most likely the name was due to the convergence of names; with the dreadnaught "Aurora" when in the port at St. Petersburg being the beginning of the Russian Revolution. It was available in the pick and also a light blue.
