Kinda leaning in that direction - mainly on price though, as I would much prefer a leather holder. It's not a deal breaker, just the realities of cashflow.

I have 2 pens slot brown leather case made by ashishwakhlu from FPN:

Can accommodate 2 large pen very easy!
I really like the Nock Sinclair too. The other favorite if you want something that holds more is Rickshaw.

I use a Saki P-666 roll, and love it. Highly recommended. I had tried the P-661 before, and that one I do not like as well, because the pen slots are so short that the clips of the pens just barely reach far enough to grab the material. No such problem with P-666, and it's bombproof as far as protection is concerned.
Just found this in the back of a drawer. I had completely forgotten about it.
Problem solved (for now at least)

I have a Ducati 3 pen case that easily holds a MB 149 sized pen. It has a removable inner tray that makes retrieving the pens easy. They were available on Amazon for a while but I think color choices were limited. https://www.instagram.com/p/BpZpXMWl...=1kgu0lng1lv61

Glad you found your lost pen wrap. I don’t have a Nook case, but I have several Rickshaw Bag hand rolls and Hemingway wraps that kept my urushi and maki-e pens safe when I went to the Baltimore pen show. The interior is so soft I don’t worry about my high end pens rubbing and in a backpack or purse the rolls provide enough protection that I didn’t worry about shoving my backpack under the seat during my flights. I use them flat in my desk drawer for storage when I’m home.

If you are still interested in a leather case, check out the Wancher 3 pen case. Very solidly built and, last time I checked, they always had one up with no reserve on eBay so a little patience can reward you with quite the deal. I picked one up but later replaced it with a Visconti, but my wife has been using it as her daily carry case ever since.

Just saw this. Looks like they have three-pen cases too.
If it hasn’t been suggested yet, a Franklin Christoph Penvalope is a great choice. I have a 3 pen one that I carry in my bag. I have a custom leather sleeve to carry one pen for EDC. I plan on getting a bigger penvalope to carry the rest of my collection.
My humble collection. My pen carrying sleeves and cases are pictured as well.

Slight necro.
The pen wrap served me well during Autumn when I was using a wonderful Tom Bihn Maker's bag for work. Now that Winter has stomped in though I have swapped to using an Osprey Quasar backpack for security in the event of an icy mishap. Unfortunately the Osprey does not have any rigidity to it, and so I get the feeling that the pen wrap is not going to be all that protective under the circumstances.
Choices:
1. Get a hard case - like the FC Penvelope (though shipping + price makes me wince a bit).
2. Change my pen using habits and don't bother carrying more than 2 pens to work.
In the very old days (70s) my dad brought me a case, which was similar to the one CarlosQ showed, but had metal on the outside with the 1974 WC logo
That thing lasted from 1st grade all the way through college
Looking online what about this 3 pen case?
You can also consider a tin-case and add some sponge inserts to keep the pens from moving

Yeah, I like the look of the Galen cases but, from reviews, I gather that they are not suitable for very large pens.
I hired a seamstress to sew me a simple dress with a pen pocket on the skirt. Yes, I must take a photo to show this stroke-of-genius solution to no pockets. (Solution: Pocket Commissioned pocket, yeah.)

For the moment I use single pen sleves or covers. I mostly carry two or three pens at most. They come in all sizes and various kinds of material, cotton, polyester velvet, leather,... Leather is more resistant to dust and grime but I like fabric too. If you have a bag with a suitable compartment they can stay there with out being scratched and doesn't bulk up too much. I have kept my nice pens in basic pen(cil) pouches and cases too, protected by a single sleeve. If you have an odd size pen you can even make one.
