Link not ink
A Canada link, eh? In that case:
De Atramentis Fir / Pine Green / Cedar
KWZ Pine Green
Standardgraph Cypress Green
Blackstone Blue Cypress
Cypress* Irish Green
Papier Plume Spruce Knob (actually in a mountain in West Virginia )
Birmingham Shortleaf Pine (also not in Canada but it looks like a good match )
Van Dieman's Huon Pine (about as far away as you can get from Canada but, again, a potentially good match )
(Which wind am I on now? I don't even know.)
* An ink brand I've never heard of. See https://pinkoi.com/product/4dEYD2ja which says, on the same page, "from Austria" and "source of production Taiwan".

Nope. You're going against the flow
It's much simpler than that
It's not a shimmer ink. It's not waterproof.
It has a modicum of water resistance.
The name is conflation of two Canadian icons....
A stamp was issued this year..
fwp goose poupon and beaver dam? It was the guesses that came to mind based off of that clue!!! Then I was like - oh! wrong colour.
