La Rocco Tower, accesible on low tides; beautiful morning for outdoor and sketching.

Thanks Kaputnik, but donīt hesitate to post your work, this is no competition, I would love to see your work (and over time your progress).

Yazeh, i think you are right, thanks a lot..... Maybe the model is Lotte? ...... The Lumograph Black are quite nice as they are darker than normal pencils, and you get much less shine from them.

Well done usk, we didnīt saw something from young usk for a while.
I would love to see something from her again.

Some days ago Sailor Kenshin posted a video with Buster Keaton in the lounge, so this inspired me to try a portrait from him.

I was also inspired a while ago by Sailor Kenshin to do a brief sketch of Buster Keaton...
    Nothing as spectacular as Pteros.
    The ink is mystery 32-33.

I was away from home last night with time to kill, and not much to kill it with. But I had a sketchbook and some pencils.

My latest ink painting, it got quite wet so it is almost kind of abstract.
Notice that this was done with only one ink, but due to itīs multi-chromatic nature the multiple colors inside this blue ink show up when washed dramatically.

The last two are very interesting, Ptero. Very creative.

For myself, I've been interested in what I think of as "19th century faces", for reasons that would take a longer essay that I have the energy for right now. For this one, there's the usual disclaimer that it doesn't actually look much like the source photo of Lizzie Borden. But it's interesting to think of how I might see her face if I did not know her claim to fame, to wonder if that affected my interpretation, and if my mention of who it is affects the way others see this drawing.

Thanks for the Link Yazeh , interesting

My latest figure drawing, this time using my second own fountain pen I used in school 4 decades ago and which received a lot of mistreating but still is alive (my first was a blue Pelikano which did not survived my careful treating. ).

Yes Lotte is a really good black black waterproof ink, I like it a lot (at least for drawing, for writing black bores me)
And with my figure drawing practices I currently like to stick to classical black and white color scheme, so Lotte in combination with a EF pen fits here quite well.

Other permanent black options out of my ink Arsenal would be Platinum Carbon Black and Pelikan Fount India ..... maybe I should rotate them in next refill.

I saw you used it in Pelikan Ibis 130. Is that a vintage Pelikan?

Yes, the Ibis 130 was produced from 1949 until 1954 and was Pelikans entry level pen.
Entry level here does not mean low quality, this pen has good materials and quality just like other Pelikan pens of that time, it is also a quite small pen.
You can compare it from the market positioning similar to the Montblanc Monte Rosa, they were entry pens for the brand.

I really like this little pen, it has an awesome EF nib.

Last evening sketch, I had no clear picture in mind, just to start with one of the green bad piggies and to limit it to ink hatching.
